All pieces of textile art from Into the Woods are original works. Framed pieces will arrive ready to hang and will be signed on the front.

Size
Please use the measurements stated to ensure that your chosen piece will fit in your intended space. If you are purchasing an unframed piece, please allow for a mount and a frame.

Colour
Colours can appear differently on a computer screen than they do in real life, so your textile art may differ slightly in colour from the image that you see on your screen.

Personal Data
When you purchase a piece of art from Into the Woods, your Name and Email address will be added to a secure customer listing. Your details will not be shared or sold to anyone else.

We may contact you privately by email, and if you send me a request to remove you from our listing, I will do so.

Delivery and Shipping
Please allow up to one week for me to process your order and to package your chosen piece for delivery.

All items will be sent by An Post, and will be packaged carefully and appropriately. To help the environment, I will recycle packaging when possible.

Please note that the price of each piece of original textile art does not include the postage charges, which are clearly displayed alongside each work. Postage prices vary by piece depending on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork.

If you require delivery outside of Ireland, the UK, or the EU, please contact me for a delivery cost.

Damaged Work
Please check the condition of your item as soon as you receive it and inform me of any damage to it immediately. I will work with you to resolve any issue that arises.

Refunds
In the unlikely event that you would like a refund, please contact me. The item should then be returned to me in perfect condition with the original packaging. No refunds will be processed unless the artwork is returned undamaged.
